Nonprofit community

Did you know that Giving Matters? While our organization is working our way to relocate to Tennessee, we are registered and planting seeds along the way. One of our projects is to donate our specially made Hendersonville Has Confidence Activity Boxes to the Hendersonville Library! They are filled with activities to teach our children self-esteem and confidence which builds in them a positive attitude towards learning and doing great things! The Community Foundation for Middle Tennessee provides a platform for nonprofits to showcase their projects and we wanted to share with you ours. There is additional information on our website which you can learn more about our work and projects such as donating to the Children's Hospitals in Tennessee.

These activities are beneficial to the children who receive them, to the family of the children and to the communities where they live. These times we live in are different than what we are used to, still, our character needs to be shared, character needs to be learned, character needs to be used and as adults, we need to be the role models our children learn from and look up to. Here at Characters of Character we are doing our best to continue sharing these character messages to create a confident and valued child.

Please share our organization with others and be sure to visit us online and engage in some positive character building activities and lessons we created just for this Pandemic on our Character Corner page! We look forward to collaborations galore once our feet on the floor in Tennessee with other nonprofits to share our character messages, to engage children, families and others in these lessons building strength, courage and confidence through our books, our discussions, our character costumes and our art classes.
