Teaching with Imagination

Character

(Designed by Jennifer Downey)

When you have passion your imagination grows! Have you met the Characters of Character yet? Earning a National Promising Practice Award in 2005, formed a 501(c)(3)non-profit in 2007, brought the characters to life in costume, published over 30 books, touched the hearts of thousands of children and families with the character messages. In today's world, nothing is 'normal' or how we once knew it, so, we developed Character Corner for you to have at your disposal, FREE character building lessons, activities and ideas to help teach your own children the meaning of character. Through the years we have met and continue to meet very appreciative people of what we've created here at Characters of Character. We're here for you, to support you, to inspire you and to teach your children the importance, the simplicity and the most rewarding feeling of having good character, doing the right thing, making good choices and being a role model. Nobody said it would be easy, but, we know it needs to be done.

Characters of Character is in the process of moving to Tennessee, (we are registered in Tennessee, have met with the Governor's Office and other youth organizations to partner when we arrive) hoping to have our own space to welcome in the community, the children, the families and other organizations to engage them in character building lessons and activities through art, literacy, discussions and more. Please visit us online to learn about us, feel free to share us, to talk about us and to share these character messages along the way. Together, let's make the world better!
