Would-Be Car Thieves Shoot At Man Who Caught Them In Act: Police
Two teens reportedly shot at a man who confronted them after catching them breaking into cars, police say.

DONELSON, TN -- Two would-be teenage car burglars shot at a man who caught them in the act, according to Metro Police.
A man told police he saw two people trying to break into his girlfriend's car on Lincoya Bay Drive just before 4 a.m. Tuesday. When he confronted the pair, they ran away, he said, but he later found them underneath a nearby trailer.

One of the suspects crawled out and fired a gun at the man before he and his partner ran away. No one was injured.
Police said they did find a handgun on the scene.

No suspect description was released except that investigators believe the two suspects are both teenagers.
