Bellevue Crash Injures Several, Snarls Traffic
An early Saturday morning wreck in Bellevue sent several people to the hospital and closed Highway 70 for hours.
BELLEVUE, TN -- A crash on Highway 70 at Interstate 40 in Bellevue sent numerous people to the hospital and closed the road for hours early Saturday.
Metro Police said one person was taken from the scene of the crash, which occurred around 1 a.m., with life-threatening injuries, while several others had serious injuries.
Traffic in the area was affected throughout the wee hours of Saturday while police investigated.
