Female-Focused Fitness Center Headed For West End, Eyes Belle Meade and Brentwood

Burn Boot Camp will open a location at 18th and West End with designs on Belle Meade and Brentwood, too.

NASHVILLE, TN — Burn Bootcamp, a women-centric group fitness center with a particular focus on moms, will open its first location in Nashville on West End, the franchisee tells The Tennessean.

The center is set for a spring opening in 4400 square feet at 1720 West End in the former location of Atlanta Bread Company.

Heather and Brad Lamm, who live in Huntersville, N.C., headquarter of Burn Boot Camp, are the franchisees and say they also hope to open locations in Belle Meade and Brentwood.

We chose West End Nashville as our first location because we love the city," Heather Lamm told The Tennessean. "The sense of community here fits very well with our business. We're optimistic that Burn Boot Camp will be a big hit in Nashville for moms who are trying to balance it all — work, family, and healthy living."

Burn Boot Camp has 200 locations in 24 states including three others in Middle Tennessee: Mt. Juliet, Hendersonville and Spring Hill. The centers offer child care as part of their focus on working and stay-at-home moms.
