GREEN HILLS, TN — A warm and rainy start to the week will give way to cool and dry weather later, according to the National Weather Service forecast for Green Hills. Winds could be stiff Monday and Tuesday. Monday: A 60 percent chance of showers with thunderstorms, otherwise cloudy, high of 65. Winds of 5 to 15 mph gusting to 20 mph. A 60 percent chance of showers overnight, with thunderstorms possible after midnight, otherwise cloudy with a low of 58. Winds of 15 mph gusting up to 25 mph.

Tuesday: A 60 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, otherwise cloudy with a high of 71. Winds of 15 mph to 20 mph gusting up to 30 mph. A 50 percent chance of showers and storms in the evening, otherwise mostly cloudy with a low of 42. Winds of 10 to 15 mph gusting to 20 mph.

Wednesday: Mostly cloudy and cooler, high of 50. A 20 percent chance of showers after sundown, otherwise mostly cloudy with a low of 31.

Thursday: Mostly sunny with a high of 45. Mostly clear after dark, low of 28.
