Green Hills Weather Forecast: Warm And Rainy, Then Cooler Again

Green Hills and West Nashville will be stormy and in the 70s early in the week, before the winds shift and bring back cooler air.

GREEN HILLS, TN — The pattern of unseasonable warmth mixed with storms followed by a quick cool-off will continue this week, according to the National Weather Service forecast for Green Hills. South winds that bring warm air and storms will flip Wednesday, bringing back cool air and clear skies. Monday: A 60 percent chance of showers before noon, then cloudy, high of 55. Winds of 5 to 15 mph gusting to 20 mph. Mostly cloudy overnight with a 60 percent chance of showers after midnight, low of 53. Winds of 10 to 15 mph gusting to 20 mph.

Tuesday: Warmer with a 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, high of 74. South winds of 10 to 15 mph gusting to 25 mph. A 70 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms in the evening, otherwise cloudy with a low of 62. Winds of 15 mph could gust to 25 mph.

Wednesday: An 80 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, high of 69. South winds of 15 to 20 mph, gusting up to 30 mph, will turn around to the north. A 30 percent chance of showers after sundown, primarily before midnight, then mostly cloudy and cooler with a low of 38. Winds of 10 to 15 mph gusting to 25 mph.

Thursday: Sunny with a high of 53. Mostly clear after dark, low of 34.
