- BOSU is a cardio and strength training endurance class that increases stamina and flexibility. Participants burn between 400 and 600 calories per class. It's taught Monday - Friday from 12 p.m. - 12:45 p.m.
- R.I.P.P.E.D is referred to as the 'One Stop Body Shock.' You'll burn calories with high intensity interval training while toning muscles with strength building exercises. Participants burn between 400 and 600 calories per class. It's taught on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
- Rowing is a class that trains both endurance and strength. Participants burn between 400 and 600 calories per class. It's taught Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6 p.m. - 7 p.m.
- BodyFlow fuses Pilates, Tai Chi and yoga in a stress relieving routine for all ages and sizes. Participants burn between 200 and 400 calories per class. It's taught on Mondays and Thursdays from 6 p.m. - 7 p.m.
- Ashtanga Yoga is a stress reducing, calorie burning class that is geared toward increasing flexibility. Participants burn between 200 and 400 calories per class. It's taught Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 9:15 a.m.
- Youth Yoga is the perfect starting point for the youngsters in the family to learn basic yoga positions and postures. It's taught on Saturdays at 11 a.m.

- Abs Express is a core blasting class that combines cardio and muscle toning moves to build endurance and strength. Participants burn between 300 and 500 calories per class. It's taught Monday - Friday from 7 p.m. - 7:45 p.m.
- Just Weights is a no-nonsense class for those interested in serious strength training with free weights, dumb bells and a bench press. Participants burn between 300 and 500 calories per class. It's taught Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3 p.m. - 4:10 p.m.
- Lower Body Sculpt is a strength training class that targets the lower half of the body with free weights and body weight exercises. Participants burn between 300 and 500 calories. It's taught Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 12:15 p.m. - 1 p.m.
