Mall At Green Hills Owner Buys Former Dillard's Site
The old Dillard's will become more shopping space and much needed parking at the Mall at Green Hills.
NASHVILLE, TN — The owner of the Mall at Green Hills paid $4.19 million for the former site of Dillard's with plans to add more shopping space and much-needed parking at the popular shopping destination.
Michigan-based mall owner Taubman Centers purchased just under three acres from a subsidiary of Dillard's. Dillard's moved to a larger store within the mall earlier this year and the 30-year-old store has already been razed. The multi-year plan at the mall calls for 100,000 more square feet of shopping and parking on the site.
