Ulta Beauty Coming to Bellevue

BELLEVUE, TN — Ulta Beauty cosmetics store will open a location in the One Bellevue Place development, according to The Tennessean. It will be the second Nashville-area store for Ulta, which also has a location in 100 Oaks, and its eighth in Middle Tennessee

The Tennessean reports Ulta signed a 10-year lease for space in the development, which is going up in the former site of the now-demolished Bellevue Center mall, and is scheduled for an opening by year's end. The company's stores are typically around 10,000 square feet and usually include a 950-square-foot salon.

One Bellevue Place is slated for 375,000 square feet of retail, plus apartments, a hotel and office space. Previously announced retail and restaurant tenants include Pacific Dental Services, Carter's and OshKosh B'gosh, Maurices, PetSmart, Results Physiotherapy, Off Broadway Shoes, Burlington Coat Factory, HomeGoods, Noire The Nail Bar, Sports Clips, Sprouts Farmers Market grocery, Carmike Cinemas, Chicken Salad Chick, Chili's Grill & Bar, Panera Bread, Desano Pizza Bakery, Wild Eggs and The Well Coffeehouse, according to the newspaper.
