A magnitude 3.6 earthquake struck north of Knoxville on Monday.
According to the United States Geological Survey, the quake struck just east of Fincastle, Tennessee, located about 44 miles north of Knoxville.
Those who reported feeling the temblor to the survey reported feeling it north of the border in Kentucky as well as in Tennessee.
