MARYVILLE, TN -- An Aryan Nations member wanted for shooting at a Knoxville Police officer was arrested in Blount County Saturday, just hours after joining Tennessee's Most Wanted list.

Ronnie Lucas Wilson, 31, was pulled over Friday in Knoxville on a traffic stop. He then allegedly exited his car, firing a handgun and shotgun at the officer, hitting him at least once.

Early Saturday morning, authorities received a tip that Wilson was at a vacant home on Calderwood Highway in Maryville. When law enforcement arrived, Wilson reportedly attempted to flee by jumping through a window. He was immediately taken into custody by deputies with the Blount County Sheriff’s Office, investigators with the Knoxville Police Department, and members of the U.S. Marshals Service Smoky Mountain Fugitive Task Force.
