Tennessee Mall Shooting: Gunman Kills Woman, Self
The shooting at a mall in Sevierville, Tennessee, also left a 75-year-old man injured.
SEVIERVILLE, TN — Two people, including the gunman, were killed and another man injured in an apparent random shooting at a Tennessee mall Tuesday afternoon, officials said.
In a news release, officials said that calls began coming in around 3:50 p.m. with people reporting that a man was shooting outside the Coach store at Tanger Five Oaks Mall in Sevierville.
Officers that arrived on the scene found three victims outside the store. No shots were fired after officers arrived at the scene.

Sevierville officials identified the shooter as Leon Steven Jones, 21, of Newport/Sevierville. Jones confronted two victims outside the Coach store and shot them with a semi-automatic handgun before turning the gun on himself, officials said.
Jones apparently did not know either victim, officials said.

The person killed in the shooting was identified as Olivia Katel Cunningham, 24, of York, Pennsylvania. The man injured in the shooting was identified as 75-year-old John Marr, of Templeton, Massachusetts. His condition is unknown.
The gunman died at the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
