La Vergne Face Mask Distribution Scheduled For May 23

The City of La Vergne will be distributing face masks that were picked up at the Rutherford County Health Department as part of the State of Tennessee’s initiative to distribute masks to all Tennesseans.

The masks will be given to residents on Saturday, May 23rd from 8:00 a.m. - Noon or until supplies run out. To receive a mask, residents will go through the drive thru at City Hall located at 5093 Murfreesboro Road in La Vergne.

There is only a limited amount of masks available and they will be handed out first come first served. Masks are not recommended for children under the age of two (2). Masks will not be handed out for groups and individuals will only be able to collect a mask for themselves or immediate family members.
