La Vergne Home Destroyed In Early Morning Fire

Smoke from a Saturday morning house fire in La Vergne could be seen for miles.

LA VERGNE, TN -- A La Vergne home was engulfed in flames and destroyed during an early Saturday morning house fire.

La Vergne firefighters responded to the blaze on Laurel Ledge Drive just before 7 a.m.. The fire had already engulfed the home and smoke could be seen for miles.

Eventually, the roof of house gave way. No one was injured in the blaze.
