The City of La Vergne Water Billing Department will be closed on May 21 as they prepare for a system upgrade. The system upgrade has been long awaited and is greatly needed.
Residents will still make their payments online at https://ipn2.paymentus.com/rotp/colv, over the phone by calling (844) 374-8367, or by dropping off payments at the drive-thru dropbox.

The department will be implementing and training on the new system the following week (May 24 - 28). They ask for resident’s patience and understanding as they learn the new system and serve customers at the same time.
