New Shred415 Studio Open in Downtown Memphis
High-Intensity Interval-Based Fitness Concept Opens Amid Pandemic

Shred415, an instructor-lead, interval training fitness concept, has re-opened in Memphis. Situated at 150 Peabody Pl., Ste. 117, the new studio offers high intensity group fitness classes.
Shred415 East Memphis is operated by business partners Jeff Hall Nicole Eason. They are bringing their second location to downtown Memphis and Peabody Place was the perfect location for this new studio.
“There’s a large population downtown during the day, and more and more people are living downtown, as well,” said Hall. “There isn’t anything like this downtown and it’s such a great way for people to get their workout in before or after work, even during their lunch. We’re excited to be a part of the growth and great things happening in downtown Memphis.”

Good friend Marina Yukon, will be running the Peabody Place location for Hall and Eason. Yukon also serves as the lead instructor for both locations. As Memphis locals, Nicole and Marina met as coworkers at a nearby gym and quickly realized they shared a passion for healthy living and exercise. Looking to bring a new fitness concept to Memphis, the community environment and accessibility to all fitness levels drew them to Shred415. Fifteen months after opening the East Memphis studio, Shred415 Peabody Place will open their doors to downtown and plans for a third location are already in the works.
“By bringing Shred415 downtown, we have the opportunity to expand our unmatched fitness culture and allow individuals to experience challenging workouts that energize and motivate while improving overall health and wellness,” said Eason. “We can’t wait for more Memphis residents to become part of the Shred415 family and start seeing results from our high-intensity workout, regardless of their fitness level.”
