The 5 Biggest Homes Sold In Nashville This Month

Big houses don't always mean big price tags. Here are the five largest homes sold in Nashville in August.

NASHVILLE, TN -- Need a lot of space? Want to stretch those legs, avoid unpleasant relatives or just have some peace and quiet? Whatever the motivation, a big house does offer plenty of advantages (though there are disadvantages, too, like trying to buy curtains for the entire house).

And while most homes that check in at more than 5,000 square-feet usually carry seven-figure price tags, it's not always true, particularly if the buyer is happy to live out in White's Creek in a former foreclosure. Here are the five largest homes by square footage to sell in Davidson County in August. These listings originally appeared on realtor.com.
