EiO and The Hive is a community gathering space and local restaurant that prides itself on serving dishes made from fresh, certified organic produce. Their mission statement can be found right there in the name - 'EiO' stands for 'everything is organic.' While their menu is still in the works, EiO pledges transparency and uses ethical, sustainable farming and fair trade practices in the day-to-day operation of their restaurant.

The Mockingbird is a southern comfort and small plate cafe that is scheduled to open its doors in the early spring of 2017. This innovative new eatery will offer classic American diner cuisine with a global twist. You can expect a laid-back atmosphere with artfully plated dishes as well as a unique drink menu which will include frozen cocktail punches and adult milkshakes.

Fat Bottom Brewery is gearing up for expansion in 2017. This beloved outdoor pub is doubling its size and moving to a new location that will allow for them to include their brewpub, an in-house taproom and an outdoor beer garden. Fat Bottom's new, larger operation is sure to please lovers of unique craft beers. Take a look at their menu and you'll see everything from lagers to IPA's.

Five Points Pizza was such a popular local spot in Nashville that the pizza joint chose to expand to the West side. Their new location fill feature 4,600 square feet of space, an outdoor patio and beer on tap. Five Points food menu includes classic pizza-by-the-slice as well as snackable favorites, like their garlic knots. The new Nashville Five Points location is sure to see an in-flux of customers hungry for their classic pies.

Little Octopus Nashville will open its doors in a little over a month and promises to be a great place for lovers of Caribbean and island food to find their fix. Their catch phrase, "fresh, clean and vibrant," describes both the way Little Octopus plates their food, and their preparation methods. In addition to savory seafood dishes, Little Octopus boasts a variety of specialty cocktails infused with Caribbean herbs, spices and liqueurs.
