Detectives Working To ID Four Persons Involved In April 17 Fatal Shooting On Demonbreun Street
The police are releasing surveillance photo and video to the public.

Homicide Unit detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying four persons involved in the April 17th fatal shooting of Christopher Hill, 26, in the 1500 block of Demonbreun Street.

The investigation to this point, being led by Detective Abbey Sawl, shows that the gunman, a second man and two women exited Vibes Bar & Lounge, 1524 Demonbreun Street, shortly after 2 a.m. After the two women got into a late model black Ford F-150 Raptor pickup truck, Hill and one of the men began arguing. The second man, armed with a handgun, intervened. As Hill was backing away, the gunman opened fire striking Hill and Hill’s friend. All four persons fled in the Ford Raptor.
Hill was transported to Vanderbilt Medical Center where he died. The second victim was treated for a gunshot wound to his hip.

The gunman is short, approximately 5’8” tall, with an average build. He wore shorts and a dark ball cap. The man who argued with Hill is approximately six feet tall with a thin build. Both women had long hair. All four persons are black.
