Donelson Youth Facility Escapees Back In Custody
A pair of 16-year-old boys who absconded from a youth facility on Stewart's Ferry Pike Sunday are back in DCS custody.
DONELSON, TN -- Two 16-year-old boys who escaped from a Donelson youth facility Sunday are back in custody.
The teens escaped from The TrueCore Academy For Youth Men on Stewart's Ferry Pike some time during the day, according to Metro Police, but were re-apprehended around 7:30 p.m.
MNPD said neither one's criminal history involved any personal crimes such as assault.

Two other teens escaped from the facility in April 2017, with one making it as far as Carthage before being arrested again.
