Aqua fitness classes

  • H2O cardio is a cardiovascular conditioning class designed for those who are easing into an exercise routine or recovering from an injury. Participants burn between 300 and 400 calories per class. It's offered Monday - Friday from 6 p.m. - 7 p.m.
  • Aqua Zumba is a water-based dance aerobics class designed to relieve stress. Participants burn between 300 and 400 calories per class. It's offered Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:15 p.m. - 3:15 p.m.
  • Aqua Arthritis is designed for people with joint issues and incorporates gentle movements geared towards increasing flexibility. Participants burn between 300 and 400 calories per class. It's offered on Sundays from 4 p.m. - 5 p.m.

  • Cycling is a cardio and circuit training class designed to get the heart rate up and build endurance. Participants burn between 400 and 800 calories per class. It's offered Monday - Friday from 6 a.m. - 7:15 a.m.
  • Kickboxing is designed to increase flexibility and coordination and relieve stress. Participants burn between 400 and 600 calories per class. It's offered Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. - 10 a.m.
  • Step aerobics is a low-impact cardiovascular class with easy to follow choreography. Participants burn between 400 and 600 calories per class. It'soffered Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 a.m. - 9 a.m.

Dance classes

  • Zumba is a Latin inspired dance class that infuses hip-hop choreography with stress relieving cardio. Participants burn between 400 and 800 calories per class. It's offered Monday - Friday from 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.
  • Dance Blast Sculpt Fusion fuses dance cardio fitness and muscle toning movements to create a unique exercise experience. Participants burn between 400 and 600 calories per class. It is offered Saturdays from 1 p.m. - 2:15 p.m.
  • Youth Dance Blast is a way for the younger ones to learn basic dance steps and get their heart rate up. It's offered Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:15 p.m. - 5 p.m.
