Man Talking To Himself Carrying Gun At TSU: Police
A 28-year-old talking to himself on the Tennessee State University campus had a pistol in his pants, police said.

NASHVILLE, TN -- Metro Police say a man talking to himself on the Tennessee State University campus Monday had a pistol in his pants.
Officers were called to the school to check on the man - 28-year-old Garrison Caldwell - and when they found him they saw the butt of a pistol sticking out of his pocket, according to an affidavit.

Police said the Taurus 9-millimeter was not loaded, but Caldwell had two magazines in his other pocket. He does not have a handgun carry permit.
Caldwell is charged with carrying a weapon on school property.
