The Metro Public Health Department and Metro Nashville Public Schools are partnering to conduct the Youth Risk Behavior Survey among a sample of our high school students during 2021. Students selected to participate will be given an anonymous survey containing 99 questions. No student identifying information will be connected to the survey.
