Mom Tells Police She Shot Boyfriend To Protect Kids
A Bordeaux woman told police she shot her boyfriend to protect her children.
NASHVILLE, TN -- A woman shot her boyfriend in the leg to stop him from attacking her children, she told police.
Officers arrived to a Buena Vista Pike apartment around 10 p.m. Saturday and the mother admitted she'd shot her boyfriend. Police did confirm the children were hurt, but did not provide detail about those injuries.
Detectives said the man drove himself to the hospital and should survive.
