NASHVILLE, TN -- Middle Tennessee will have that old summertime pattern this week, according to the National Weather Service forecast for Nashville. Highs will slide back down into the low 90s and every afternoon brings at least a chance of showers and storms.
Monday: A 30 percent chance of showers and storms after 1 p.m., otherwise mostly sunny, high of 90. Mostly cloudy in the evening with a 20 percent chance of showers and storms, low of 72.
Tuesday: A 40 percent chance of showers and storms after 1 p.m., otherwise partly sunny, high of 90. Mostly cloudy overnight, with a 40 percent chance of showers before 1 a.m., low of 71.

Wednesday: Mostly cloudy with a 40 percent chance of showers and storms, high of 90. Mostly cloudy after sundown with a 30 percent chance of showers, low of 71.
Thursday: Mostly cloudy with a 50 percent chance of showers and storms, high of 90. Mostly cloudy in the evening with a 30 percent chance of showers and storms, low of 71.
