Nashville Area Weather Forecast: Will Spring Stick?

After a cool and frosty start, Middle Tennessee's temperatures will climb to near 80 by the week's end.

NASHVILLE, TN -- Chilly nights greet the week but things will climb to near 80 by the end of the week, according to the National Weather Service forecast for Nashville.

Monday: Mostly sunny and warmer, high of 63. Partly cloudy overnight, low of 40.

Tuesday: Mostly sunny., high of 60. Mostly clear overnight with patchy frost after 1 a.m., low of 37.

Wednesday: Sunny and warmer, high of 66. Partly cloudy after sundown, low of 48.

Thursday: Mostly sunny and much warmer, high of 76. Partly cloudy in the evening, low of 54.

Friday: Mostly sunny, high of 78. A 30 percent chance of showers and storms overnight, low of 58.
