Nashville Bus Involved In 3-Vehicle Crash

No one was injured in a three-vehicle crash involving an MTA bus - the second bus crash this week - Saturday.

NASHVILLE, TN -- No one was injured Saturday when a Metropolitan Transit Authority bus and two other vehicles were involved in a crash near downtown Nashville.

The bus took front-end damage in the crash Saturday evening on Hermitage Avenue near Middleton Street. There were seven passengers aboard at the time. There were no injuries to anyone on the bus or in the two other vehicles, but Metro Police said a pregnant woman wanted to be checked out, though she was not transported.

An investigation into the crash continues.

Earlier this week, an MTA bus hit a downtown building, causing significant damage to both bus and building and injuring nine people.
