Nashville Predators Playoffs: What To Know For Game 2
Because of the severe weather threat, there is no outdoor watch party for Saturday afternoon's Preds game.

NASHVILLE, TN -- Following Thursday night's comeback 5-2 win to take a 1-0 series lead, the Nashville Predators will face-off against the Colorado Avalanche in Game 2 of their first round series Saturday afternoon.
Saturday's game is a national broadcast and thus begins with a 2 p.m. puck drop as the Presidents' Trophy-winning Predators look to carry a 2-0 advantage when the series shifts to Denver Monday.

“After consulting numerous weather models, as well as the Metro Office of Emergency Management and the National Weather Service, we believe it is in the best of interest of public safety to cancel Saturday’s outdoor viewing party," said Butch Spyridon, CVC President and CEO.
"We apologize and encourage everyone to find a safe, indoor location to cheer on the Preds. We look forward to being back outside for viewing parties for future home playoff games. The only thing more important than bringing the Cup to Nashville is the safety of our Smashville citizens.”
The Predators have assembled a list of "Preds Approved" locations where fans can gather safely (and indoors).
The game will be broadcast on NBC and on the radio locally on 102.5 The Game.
Doors to Bridgestone open for Saturday's game at noon.
