Nashville, Williamson County Animal Shelters Team Up To 'Clear The Shelters' for the Holidays
Metro Animal Care and Control, Nashville Humane Association and Williamson County Animal Center want all their pets adopted by New Year's.

NASHVILLE, TN — Metro Animal Care and Control, Nashville Humane Association and Williamson County Animal Center are joining forces to "Clear the Shelters" for the holidays. This is the first time the three shelters have combined efforts.
The “Take us Home for the Holidays” adoption campaign aims to have every animal in the shelters adopted into a new home by December 31. All shelters will be featuring adoption specials during the month of December.
“The holiday season is a time for family and togetherness – what better way to celebrate than by extending your family to a homeless animal,” said Rebecca Morris spokesperson for Metro Animal Care and Control. “If you’re unable to adopt for yourself, you can still help homeless animals by encouraging your friends to consider adoption.”
