Post Office Caps Busiest Season Ever With Christmas Eve Delivery
The postal service promises Christmas Eve delivery for priority express mail, but don't push your luck.
NASHVILLE, TN -- It looks like another record-setting holiday season for the United States Postal Service as online shopping soared during the already-busy Thanksgiving-to-Christmas period.
By the time it's all said and done, the USPS says it will have delivered 850 million packages during the festive season, about 100 million more than last year.
But they're not done yet.

The USPS will deliver priority express mail on Christmas Eve - even though it's a Sunday - and will even deliver on Christmas Day for an extra fee.
