The biggest insurance companies providing coverage to Tennesseans using the ACA exchanges will cut premiums for the first time.

NASHVILLE, TN -- For the first time, Tennesseans with coverage through the health-insurance exchanges set up by the Affordable Care Act will see their premiums go down.
