The site 24/7 Wall Street recently published a study called "The Most Democratic County in the State" for all 50 U.S. states.
According to the study, Tennessee's Davidson County is the bluest in the state.

President Barack Obama won 58.5 percent of the votes in Davidson County, the third highest share of any county in the state. Davidson County residents also elected a Democrat to its seat in the U.S. House of Representatives for each of the last five Congressional elections.
According to 24/7 Wall Street, the median household income in Davidson County is $47,434, which is lower than the national median income of $52,482.
