The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has added Rodrigo Flores, 34, to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list and is offering $7,500 as a reward for information leading to his capture. Flores, who is connected to Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13) gang, is wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and assault of a family/household member, DPS said in a news release.
"Flores was born in El Paso, Texas, and still has ties to the area," DPS said. "His violent criminal history includes a 2012 conviction of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after an incident in El Paso. Flores subsequently received a five-year sentence in Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) prison. He has also served time in federal prison for drug offenses."
Flores is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs roughly 180 pounds. He has numerous tattoos on his face, back, chest, neck, hands, arms and legs, as well as a scar on his right forearm. Flores may be known by the nicknames of “Scrappy” and “Rigo.” For more information or updates in the event of his arrest, see this wanted bulletin.
