NCAA Sweet 16: Tech, A&M Still Dancing In Texas
If not for that wild buzzer beater against UH, the Lone Star State would have three teams playing for a spot for the San Antonio Final Four.

SAN ANTONIO, TX — The NCAA Men's Final Four is in Alamo City this year, and two teams from Texas remain two wins away for a spot. With two rounds down, Texas Tech and Texas A&M are still in the Big Dance.
The Texas A&M Aggies, the No. 7 seed in the West Region, absolutely destroyed No. 2 seed North Carolina. The Aggies whooped the defending national champions, 86-65, in Charlotte of all places. The Aggies advance to face 3-seed Michigan on Thursday in Los Angeles, California.
Michigan got there by knocking down a 3-point shot at the buzzer to take down Houston, 64-63, in the Round of 32. otherwise, UH and A&M could've renewed their old Southwest Conference rivalry.
