Both arrests came about thanks to two crime stoppers tips.

The fugitives — Clifford Milton, 24, (pictured left), and Rodrigo Flores, 34, (pictured right) who is affiliated with the Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13) gang — were captured March 29, DPS said in a news release.
