Arlington Police Officer Charged With Assault
Richard Morris is a patrol officer who has been with the Arlington Police Department for four years. He was placed on administrative leave.
ARLINGTON, TX -- A 37-year-old Arlington police officer has been arrested and charged with assault causing bodily injury, family violence. Richard Morris is a patrol officer who has been with the department four years, the Dallas Morning News reported.
Morris was off duty when the incident occurred Sunday morning, TV station WFAA reported. He has since been placed on administrative leave.
