Arlington's Aging Well Expo Set for Feb. 21
This free community event will be held at the Esports Stadium Arlington & Expo Center

Make plans to attend Arlington’s annual Aging Well Expo next month to learn important tips and information about how to live your best life.
The Aging Well Expo is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21 at the Esports Stadium Arlington & Expo Center (formerly the Arlington Convention Center), 1200 Ballpark Way. This free event, a coordinated effort of the City of Arlington, Tarrant County, and many community sponsors, is expected to feature more than 100 vendors, fitness demonstrations, health screenings, housing resources, information on volunteering in the community, educational presentations and more.

Fitness demos including mat yoga, Zumba Gold, line dancing and more, are scheduled between 9:15 a.m. and 1:45 p.m.
This year’s keynote speakers are former Arlington Mayor Richard Greene and his wife, Sylvia Greene, both who are long-time community volunteers. The Greenes will speak on the importance of staying involved in your community.

Other education sessions include information on preventing falls, Downtown Arlington cultural opportunities, an update on what’s new in the Entertainment District, and new solutions for paying for long-term care.
Aging Well Expo participants are invited to check out the City’s innovative, on-street autonomous shuttle service with Drive.ai. Those who are interested can book their free ride through the orange and blue Drive.ai kiosk at the Esports Stadium Arlington & Expo Center’s north entrance.
