ARLINGTON, TX — North Texans with a penchant for fitness will soon have an opportunity to take over an entire stadium as Camp Gladiator, one of America’s fastest growing fitness companies with the motto of “Changing Fitness, Changing Lives,” brings free workouts to Arlington and Frisco.

The events will either be a “Dash” event where the participants will be released in waves to run between 10 workout stations held throughout the stadium or a “Mega Workout” where participants will complete the 10 workout stations as a large community workout. Dash events are held inside the stadiums are 2 to 3 miles long. Mega Workout events are 60 to 90 minutes long and are held on the stadium grounds or in stadium parking lots.
