Enjoy Rangers Storytime With Eric Nadel On July 26, 2021, In Arlington

The Texas Rangers Summer Reading Program is officially underway in more than 20 participating libraries across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This year marks the 19th year of the Rangers Summer Reading Program. Rangers Hall of Fame broadcaster Eric Nadel will serve as the honorary chairman of the Summer Reading Club for the sixth consecutive year.

Nadel will host an in-person reading for the Arlington Public Library from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Monday, July 26, 2021, in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Registration is required.

Students in grades K through 12 can also visit any Arlington Public Library to pick up a Rangers discount ticket if they have completed the library’s summer challenge card! Participants will receive a club bookmark for a discounted ticket, priced at $5, to the Rangers home game against the Seattle Mariners on Sunday, Aug. 1, 2021. If students haven’t started the challenge yet, they can pick up a challenge card at their nearest library and complete the activities to earn their ticket! The challenge cards are also available online.

Family members and friends may buy additional tickets at a discounted price for the August 1 game, if purchased in advance, while supplies last. Visit The Texas Ranger's website for more information.
