Merryhill School Students Donate to Ronald McDonald House
Students delivered wish list items to a representative at Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth
On July 17, students from Merryhill Preschool & Elementary School in Arlington presented a donation of wish list items to a representative at Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth. In the weeks prior to the donation, students raised $300 through a lemonade stand and bake sale and used the money to purchase items from the organization’s wish list, including bowls, cups, laundry detergent, disinfecting wipes, paper towels and snacks. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of helping children in need in their community.
