Residents Invited To Free Star Party And Story Telling In The Park

The Friends of O.S. Gray Natural Area invite you to join us for a Star Party and Storytelling in the Park, Saturday Jan. 18, 2020 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. This event will be held at O.S. Gray Natural Area, 2021 W. Abram St.

Come try out a variety of telescopes, look at visible planets, constellations, stars, and chat with astronomers from the Fort Worth Astronomical Society about astronomy and their equipment. Or have a listen as our Storytellers weave tales of the outdoors around the campfire.

This is a FREE event! Telescope viewing will be from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and storytellers will be from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.

We'll also be making s'mores and hot chocolate, and roasting hot dogs around the campfire, so bring your lawn chair and flashlight, wear your warm coat and gloves, and come join our Star Party in the Park!
