Score Amazing Deals at Arlington Library's 31st Annual Book Sale
The semi-annual book sale sponsored by the Friends and Foundation of the Arlington Public Library will open its doors to buyers March 27.

Celebrating its 31 years of operations, the semi-annual book sale sponsored by the Friends and Foundation of the Arlington Public Library will open its doors to buyers on Wednesday, March 27, at Meadowbrook Recreation Center. Sale profits benefit library programs and services.
“Our sale will be enriched this spring by large donations from the estates of the late William and Charlene Watson and Dr. David Rasmussen, as well as the community support for our donation drives,” said Book Sale Chairman Wayne Halliburton. “Featured items from these sources will expand our volumes in art and photography, Texas and Southwestern materials, music, cook books, framed prints, and records."

“Teachers and non-profit groups are invited to select items from the remainders beginning at 5:15 p.m. on Sunday. We do ask for identification and a small donation at this time,” said Halliburton. “It is our way to pay back the community which supports us throughout the year with their donations.”
