Bellaire Boards And Commissions - Call For Applicants

The City of Bellaire is accepting applications for openings on City boards and commissions. Applications will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 28, 2021. There are currently openings on each of the City’s eight boards and commissions as follows: Board of Adjustment (three openings); Building and Standards Commission (three openings); Culture and Arts Board (three openings); Environmental Sustainability Board (four openings); Evelyn’s Park Conservancy Board (two openings); L.I.F.E. Advisory Board (four openings); Parks and Recreation Advisory Board (four openings); and Planning and Zoning Commission (three openings). The City Council will conduct interviews during the month of June 2021. The term for applicants selected by members of the City Council to serve on a board or commission will begin on July 1, 2021, and end on June 30, 2023.
