Bellaire City Council Public Hearing
It is anticipated that the public hearing will be held telephonically due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Bellaire City Council will conduct a public hearing on Monday, April 5, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. on proposed amendments recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission to Chapter 24, Planning and Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Bellaire, Texas. The proposed amendments include the replacement of the Technical Research Park District (TRPD) with a new zoning district to be titled North Bellaire Special Development District.

It is anticipated that the public hearing will be held telephonically due to the COVID-19 pandemic. If held in-person, the location of the public hearing will be in the Council Chamber, First Floor of City Hall, 7008 South Rice Avenue, Bellaire, Texas 77401-4411.
