BELLAIRE, TX — The Bellaire varsity football team (1-1) opens District 18-6A tonight against the Chavez Lobos. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. at Delmar Stadium. Check back to the scoreboard below throughout the night for updated scores.
The Cardinals beat Pasadena, 35-0, in the season opener and lost to La Porte, 27-10 last week. The first two games of the season were cancelled because of Hurricane Harvey. Chavez enters tonight's contest with an 0-2 record and have been outscored, 135-14, in that span.
Next week Bellaire plays Heights High in another district game.
