Bellaire Great Pumpkin Hunt Thursday Night; 'Beauty And The Beast' Saturday

Kids can hunt for candy and prize-filled pumpkins, donations accepted for Houston Food Bank

BELLAIRE, TX — The City of Bellaire will hold its Great Pumpkin Hunt on Thursday, Oct. 26, at 4:30 pm at the Great Lawn in Bellaire Town Square. Residents are encouraged to dress in their Halloween best. Kids 10 and under can hunt for candy and prize filled pumpkins. They will be accepting non-perishable food items for the Houston Food Bank, so a canned food item is suggested for the free. The hunt starts promptly at 4:30 pm, so don’t be late.

Also, a showing of "Beauty and the Beast" will take place Saturday, Oct. 28 in the Bellaire Town Square at 7 p.m. There will be a costume contest before the movie at 6:30 pm. There will be two judging categories: families, and individual children 12-and-under. The Grand Prize for families is a free two hour table rental at the Bellaire Town Square Aquatic Center. This event is also free.
