Bellaire's Harvey Recovery Resource Center Closing Dec. 15
City will continue to issue no-fee flood related permits from the Development Services Office

BELLAIRE, TX — The City of Bellaire will close its Harvey Recovery Resource Center located at the Recreation Center on Friday, Dec. 15. Starting on Monday, Dec. 18, the city will continue to issue no-fee flood related permits from the Development Services Office, located at City Hall (7008 S. Rice Ave.).
There will be staff available in the Development Services Office to answer any flood related questions you may have. If you would like to contact the City with flood related questions, please call or email Shawn Cox, the City’s Harvey Recovery Manager at 713-662-8239 or scox@bellairetx.gov.
If you have had flood damage and need to make repairs, please remember that a Flood Permit is required before and repair work can begin.
