Blood Bros. BBQ To Bring Brick-And-Mortar Pit To Bellaire
The Wong brothers, along with partner and cook Quy Hoang, hope to open in seven or eight months.

If you like barbecue, get ready for some new meat in Bellaire, because the three men behind the popular Blood Bros. BBQ pop-ups will be serving their brisket, sausage, and other items in a restaurant soon.
The trio have leased a location in the Bellaire Triangle Shopping Center this week, and said they hope to open in seven or eight months.
The location will, as reported by the Houston Chronicle, serve as a place where Robin and Terry Wong and Quy Hoang can feature "their unique mix of traditional Texas barbecue with creative dishes inspired by the culinary diversity of the Alief neighborhood where they grew up."

"They're involved because they're friends that love the product and feel like they can contribute," Robin Wong said. Florez and Echiverri are also from the Alief area.
