Quaid will begin with a tour through Bellaire at 1 p.m. traveling down Newcastle with a stop at Evergreen Park, followed by a stop at Horn Field/Elementary school and will circle down Maple St. and then back to the Bellaire Town Square. Also beginning at 1 p.m. in Bellaire Town Square, residents can enjoy live music by the Big “Al” Bettis Band and food while waiting for Dennis Quaid and the Sharks.
